We got some PowerLifters on board! I spent my first few years training as a pl, and still hit the core lifts regularly!...If theres enough interest in such a forum, it may suddenly appear! One never knows w/ Admin! lmao..
I know my boy shaqdeezl will be all over that forum like a hobo on a steak sandwhich!

Theres no doubt in my mind, w/out my experience as a PowerLifter I would have never established a solid core, that has only furthered my accomplishments as a BB...
