what is your protein source for breakfast

I was just wondering what you guys use for your protein source for breakfast. I been eating six whole eggs for last 3yrs every morning, getting kind of sick up them, but my main reason to quit is because my choles. is creaping up a little. I new eggs were high in choles. but I didnt relize they were that high until I looked it up, 220mg per egg and your max daily allowance is supposed to be 300mg. WOW then add up all the meat I eat everyday on a 4500 calorie diet, no wonder my cholesterol is high!!!

The majority of the cholesterol is all in the Yokes and if you're eating the whites then that shouldn't be a problem. You can have a shake or two eggwhites scrambled with some chicken and broccoli.

1. 1/2 cup oatmeal with met-rx apple pie a la mode whey protein
2. 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup of granola clusters with flax and blueberries + a few (3-4) eggs (i take out half the amount of yolks for how many eggs I have or use the egg beaters/whites and throw 2 eggs in the mix)
3. Met-rx pancakes. I love these things.
4. when I don't have much time I take in a high protein cereal like kashi go lean or this organic high protein cereal with cinnamon by archer farms.

Thats how I start my day usually

Breakfast is the best meal of the day IMO so I tend to chow down.
Biscuits, sausage gravy and country ham or Pancakes w/ fresh strawberries and bacon or apple and cinnamon oatmeal w/ toast,,, but if in a rush I still love my Sugar Smacks.:D

Favorite afternoon snack is Beef Jerky and cashews.
