What has happened?

I recently changed my workout time from lunch to early morning. I'm lifting on an empty stomach with the exception of two cups of coffee, two Hydroxycuts, and a multi-vitamin. In addition, I'm no longer lifting with a partner (who is extremely hardcore).

My lifts now are on the up and are much more intense. Today I hit 405 x 12 with each squat breaking parallel (I was judging myself so maybe a few of the last ones were high). Leg presses ended at 4 100s on each side for a set of 10. I finished up with some extensions and calves before I had to call it.

My diet has changed to Wylie's Fat Camp diet but I didn't expect my lifts to be more intense...actually I thought I'd have less energy in the gym.

One last note...and one that scares the fuck out of me...I have yet to start my cycle. Man, there are some good things in store for 2008. And my hip is all the way healed up. Fucking awesome.

Good to hear brother! I can't lift early, just don't have the same energy...I tried it for a few months...Just keep what your doing...Keep us posted!

just read this...glad to hear bud! Keep the positive attitude up in 2008...negativity is for pussies
