... what do you guys think about ...
not having the famous pwo nutrition mix of simple carbs/protien, and opting for solid food... please remember, that i am on a cutting diet and trying to break the 30 in waist barrier with a shredded mid section...
my reasoning behind this thought is that i am hoping that keeping my blood sugar stable i can add in extra carbs though out the entire day, all while keeping my entire carb count at or around 100 grams for the entire day... if i keep the simple carb pwo nutrition shake almost all of my available carbs are used up by 6 am everyday...
i have to remeasure my waist this saturday, but at last measurement 2 weeks ago i was sitting on 31 inches... i am hoping to get this done by this fall so i can start a CLEAN bulk for the next few years and add some serious size...
