I'm gonna try and make my own transdermal DHEA/Formestane combination.

I may experiment with other ingredients later on if I feel confident in doing this.

Got my scale which reads to .00 (hundredths of a gram) with 2 calibration weights 100 gram and 50 gram. Got my p0wders and am mostly set.

I have read that the p0wders to be used are best when molecular weights are less than 500 Daltons, preferably 300 or less (credit to Primordial Performance's website for that info).

DHEA molecular weight is 288.429
Formestane molecular weight is 302.4126

What I am curious about is the carrier agents. As many of you know, DMSO is well known for getting any agent thru the skin and into the bloodstream pretty well and fairly quickly. Other transdermals use various alcohols and other ingredients to slowly utilize the enzymes in the skin to convert over an extended period, like around 12 hours for something like Penetrate from Nutraplanet or Primordial Performance's topical solution. http://www.primordialperformance.com/topical_solution.cfm


My question is to anyone familiar with various compounds and carrier agents. Would DMSO be better to get a particular ingredient directly into the bloodstream (like formestane or any other AI) and would this shorten the half-life / effect of the compound? Or would it be better to put it in with the DHEA and use it over longer term in an alcohol based carrier? Would this compound get a longer half life if done this way?

First time around doing this, starting with easier/legal compounds.

where did you get your scale.. Dhea is the new badboy on the sentor's hitlst.. they want to add that to the banned substances list.. before long it will be corn ,peas, lettuce and fish are the other things anyone can eat

I've got a good transdermal recipe somewhere, but I'd have to look it up. For now, yes, DMSO will push it through, it is the strongest penetration enhancer, but really you're best off using a combination: use DMSO to prepare the area, then apply the hormone in the transdermal liquid, rub it in, wait a few minutes, then follow up with a little more DMSO to help get more of the loiterers into the building so to speak. Transdermals at their best are going to get <50% absorption, and generally speaking you can expect about one third. As for speed of absorption and all of that, you can vary that according to site of application. If you apply it to an area with a pad of fat and not much circulation, that's a whole lot different than, haha, the other extreme, which is scrotal application - not something necessarily recommended, regardless of the high level of absorption. Your boys might not appreciate it.

99% pure dmso is what you want to find if your going to uses it.. The lesser grades make you stink more

There are lots and lots to choose from at varying prices depending on tastes and uses intended. I opted for the "pocket version", I like its small size and easy to store when not in use.

Yeah, I just heard the other day about the DHEA thing, totally ridiculous. I hate the people who run our government more and more everyday, they do such things out of ignorance and affect those who know better in a negative way.

Scrotal application....really? Bah, I'm married, my boys haven't appreciated anything in a while anywayz haha. Good stuff. I'll be dabbling with this next month, gonna wait till after the holidays/new year. Thanks again fellas, and anyone with any additional tips feel free to chime in.

If I end up messing up my dosages and get a nice set of C-cups, at least I can fondle myself and still get some small satisfaction when the wife says no. Once I'm certain its ok, I'll drop ya some.
