To Chew or Not To Chew

Ive read on a few other boards that you should chew your tablets. Said it helps with absorption...Any truth to this or any other benefits to chewing them up. Getting ready to throw in winny tabs to cycle and wondered if I should chew em up. I have never chewed up any oral tabs and had good results.

I think it might just be all mental. Yrs ago I used to get violent headaches and at the time the only thing that seemed to work was Extra Strength Excederin. Well for a time I used to chew them up thinking it would speed shit up, in the end I could never really tell the diff. Same w/gear orals I think.

Most orals taste nasty just swallowing them! Im not chewing shit!lmao..

I do understand the theory behind this and many are followers..

some pressed tabs don't digest properly. ive heard storys of people craping out whole un-digested tabs.

It could be all mental but I prefer t chew them, yeah the taste isn't that good but I deal wit it...

Dbol dissolves pretty readily in your mouth- I let the tab sit there and then wash it down with some water- and yes it tastes like ass. Maybe its mental maybe not- Im in the habit now.

I guess I will chew them up. These little things are tiny and pressed real hard.

by the time it reaches your intestines, its liquid anyways, i dont see any point
