2 iowa football players were arrested and suspended indefinately by the coach, one was a wide receiver, and the other was back up qb arvel nelson

wasnt the arvel kid supposed to be pretty good and a key player in this years team?

what is it with your hawks? how many players is that now including last years team that have gotten in trouble with the law?

yeah it sucks. Not really a big blow though. The wr was 2nd leading in receptions but only b/c the top 2 got hurt. we are deep at wr so no problem. Nelson was overhyped and never gonna see the field

thats good to hear, i didnt really hear too much abou the Nelson kid, thats why i thought "oh shit" when i heard, but you know more about them than i do, so if we are good with qb's than screw nelson

these kids are fucking stupid. how many kids wish for the chance to get a full ride to go to school, let alone play a sport that they LOVE? and they throw it away by doing stupid ass shit.

they think they are gods when it comes to school, walk around campus in their jackets and in the bars try and cut in front of everyone, never want to pay for anything,

yes they will be back. Wr and TE. The TE will play in the nfl.

As for qb, losing nelson cant be too big of deal b/c if he cant beat out JC then he is horrible. We really dont have shit for qb's right now. They are all young. We got a couple of studs but it is gonna be 2-3 years b4 they shine IMO.
Next year i have no idea what will happen. If we dont get better qb play we are in deep shit
