Im now ready to start off season training. Excited to be doing the Mayhem show next spring. Plan to stay lean off season...for a change, hopefully I can accomplish that. Got aways to go but im all over it.

Don't take what I saw too much - just trying to help Remember that...

Concentrate on the left wing of your back - lil' smaller than the right. Obvisouly you are right handed and can eaily pull/push more weight with the right arm. In this case, load like an extra 5-10 lbs on the left side for a few weeks and you should see a difference
