Start the Clock...reinstalling XP

Here I go..it's 2:45 in the morning. I have to be at work at 8am and I"m about to Reinstall WIndows XP....yea i know real freakin' smart right!??!

Well i napped for like 3.5hrs with the kid tonight so i feel pretty good right now, worse case scenario i need 4cups of coffee tomorrow morning instead of 2.

Woulda been done in a couple of hours...but i fell asleep

Swede I reinstalled because i reinstalled awhile back but did not have my original XP CD so my windows was not "Valid" and i upgraded Windows Media Player to 11 and it does the whole Validation thing so i cant use it, well i could but had to roll it back, just a pain. I wanted a clean slate, got alot of shit i did not need so i'm starting from scratch.

i heard VISTA sucks balls. my brother tried to burn something last week and it said it was copyright enfringment so he couldnt and it was for a school project!!!

FUCK VISTA!!

yeah vista has been a pain in the ass. IT also had some shit pop up saying it sends microsoft notes on what i do so it can protect me from spam or some shit. I think i got that deleted

yea if your gonna be burning shit then stay away from it, no need to upgrade, besides i hear you really need to beef up your RAM and Graphics as well. I"m happy with XP and will use for many years to come, unless i get rich and buy a G5

yeah this cpu has double my laptop ram but i cant ell a difference at all. Seems like almost 100 percent of the memory is always being used
