... sodium ...

hey pros,
if someone is on a cutting diet how much effect does a little added sodium to your food have on your overall appearance, assuming that the person is drinking a minimum of 1 or 2 gallons of water a day...

i am hoping that it will have minimum effect on my body because of the massive amounts of fluids that i drink everyday...

thanks guys...

:)

If your diet is very clean then you will get the necessary salts from the foods you are eating. Adding some salt to your foods will not hurt you at all...Assuming you are not pouring a mountain of it. I use all different powder seasonings for my food and never had a problem right down to a few days before a show.

As usual J2DM is correct. In fact you want that sodium up until that last few days so you don't end up in a potassium deficiency.
