So many opinions....help!
So after a few years messing with AAS and tweaking my diet I have decided to take the plunge into HGH/SLIN/IGF-1 LR3.
After reading some stuff red baron wrote over at AR I have still some questions regarding how to take my HGH/SLIN or HGH/IGF. Also from my understanding of those articles it is best to take IGF while it is your time off from slin and vice versa
Many advocate taking a shot in the am and the a shot post workout(with either your slin or igf). I train in the evening so taking it post workout would not seem optimal. I am in my mid-20's and the pituitary gland is still alive and kicking. I dont want the negative feedback loop to prohibit my nighttime GH pulse.
A friend of mine who i train with(who is a competitive bb) told me to just take my HGH in the morning, the other half at midday(along with half the slin), then take the other half of slin after my workout.
then when i am taking IGF(instead of slin) do half my gh in the morning, half at midday, then my igf post-workout.
I think the last two paragraphs will be my plan of attack but just trying to get opinions. I think my IGF protocol is optimal. The only other slin protocol which makes sense would to take half the gh in the am. then take my gh and slin together preworkout(which would allow another 1-1.5 hours for my gh before I go to bed)
But from people who have experience with these compounds any suggestions would be appreciated.
