Sleep Problem

Hey Doc, I have been getting 7-9hrs of sleep per night, I seem to wake up frequently and peeing. Last night I got 9hrs of sleep and only got up once to pee...However, I can't stop falling asleep at work. I'm guessing that I'm not getting enough time at night getting into a deep sleep. I am currently running test and EQ and wondering what I could do help this problem. Thanks...

start by not drinking anything at night.... like 3-4 hours before bedtime.
Then... see if you still are waking up at intervals.

My main concern is if this is a new thing for you. Has this happened before with Test and EQ? Do you see a pattern with these supplements for your body? Medically speaking it could indicate a blood sugar imbalance. It would explain your falling asleep at work and your peeing at night. Give me some more details.

Thanks for the responses, it is getting pretty bad at work to the point where people think that I don't sleep at home when the reality is that I get 7-9 hrs of sleep every night. I have never noticed this before. The only thing I did regret to mention was that I'm running 3-6ius of HGH a day and 10ius of insulin 5 days a week. Another thing I'd like to mention just about today...I took around 4-5 naps all day as I was home watching tv or on the computer most of the day. My workouts are intense and their is no lack of energy and my diet consists of around 4500 calories with some clean meals, cheat meals, and shakes.

We are getting old J2....lol On a serious note have you thought about getting blood work done? I was the same way after my show and it worked it self out in a few weeks. I also used a little t3 (25mcg) and that helped as well. But I hear you bro, some days I have it and some I just dont want to get out of my chair at the gym or off my stool at the door at the bar.

4-5 naps in one day!!!!! damn!!!!!

YOU COULD TRY CUTTING OUT THE SLIN TO SEE IF IT HELPS.

Sounds like you're overworked. Take a week off and rest up; you'll be better off for it.

I'd suffer from the GH and 'Slin.... Sounds like GH induced coma or glucose levels off from 'slin.
The more I think about it I'm thinking it has something to do with the GH or slin...I don't think I'm overworked...I have recently just started hitting the gym hard again and before that I had these symptoms.

I would get some blood work (looking at sugar and electrolyte levels) Alternatively, I would stop the insulin for a while and see if that helps. Definately sounds like a blood sugar issue. The other supps should not cause your symptoms.

Thanks doc, I did stop the insulin about a wk or so ago and still no change. I'm now leaning towards sleep apnea. I will go to the doc and then a sleep specialist as I'm thinking that may be whats wrong.

J2d, I have experienced the same issue before, Only when I am using GH or high dose of Tren.
Again as we all know Gh could cause Hyperglycemia lowering sugar level down.
I also was debating your work atmosphere could be (Boring) or you have allot on your mind that might cause your symptom,,,,

Would back off the slin first and see what happens. Most likely culprit at this point. Other posts are valid as well, rest and breaks can help reset the system. Dont think you are using too much. could be the timing of the insulin as well. What time of day are you taking it?

Hey doc thanks for the response...I went for a sleep study and got diagnosed with sleep apnea...I stop breathing 68 times a min and oxygen drops to 71%. I have a CPAP on its way here Friday so that seems to be the problem as to why I was falling asleep during the day.

If after you have rested you still have a problem you should look into seeing a sleep doctor to have a sleep study done. I have narcolepsy and have to take Provigil everyday to keep me awake as nothing else has helped. I have had surgery to sleep apnea, used a CPAP and still will fall asleep if I sit too long without my meds. I had all my blood levels checked for everything and that also came out fine, it sucks but it's how it goes for me.

Sleep Apnea

Glad you got to the bottom of it. Just goes to show you that NOTHING replaces being evaluated by a qualified physician. Your supplements probably had very little to do with any of your symptoms but they were a good place to start. Sleep apnea is very manageable I hope the CPAP allows you function better.

Hey Juice, like the doc said, it's very manageable and I have to tell you, my life changed almost 100% within days of using it. I would be snoring with my eyes opened in the middle of the day and that was after 9 hours of sleep and I was pretty close to where you were.

Anyhow, good luck and hope you've noticed a big difference.
