Yeah, I like the close-knit community we appear to have here...more VETS and less newbies.

I was sportin' my MU tee-shirt at the gym this week (lil tight, but all good FREAKY) ...

I got a couple close brothers that are interested in coming aboard as well. They're not board junkies like myself, lol...but are looking for a good source of info for training, diet, and what not.
