Wife and I seperated but have since reconciled. Had a major career change and we moved into a new home...the holidays were hectic moreso than ever but I didn't let it keep me from the gym. No time whatsoever to get to the forums though and was without internet for a couple months anyway.
Everything's settling now and I should be around more...going straight into spring cutter. Currently stated at about 235, give or take a couple, but bf% is in the upper teens...hoping to shred it down to 10% by cutters end.
