question on cell phone?

Alright, so my cellphone just took a shit on me, it doesnt take any charge now, like you'll plug it in but it wont charge you have to wiggle it around just to find the right spot, and then you have to hold it there for however long it takes to charge, but now it wont even do that, btw if your wondering what type of phone it is... it is a Motorola E815, i dunno if any of u guys have them but yeah...but my question is.. that i have like 35 ringtones downloaded along with ringbacks, do you think alltel will give me my money back? because the phone was still under warranty... so i dunno? any advice is greatly appriecated!

Buddy it seems you need a new battery Motorola are knowing for shitty batteries can't hold a long charge. check with them if they could warranty the battery anyway on the ringtone forget about it I don't think they will refund you for it,,,Good Luck try the first option,,,
