Im not worried about BF.

Fat does not want to stay on me naturaly. Come cut time i will drop down in 6 weeks no problem.

Well sorry to bust your bubble but you SHOULD be worried about your body fat and the hormonal changes and nutrient partitioning changes that come along with higher bf vs low bf. But do your thing, apparently you know more than the rest of us :rolleyes:

Not trying to be an asshole but the point is that you could make far better progress at a leaner bw than you are. Your purpose of bulking is to put on quality muscle correct? Then why not put your body in a position to do it better and more efficiently? I just don't get it?

Hahah Dremen...damn dude...we aren't women here. People aren't going to always bottle feed words of kindness when you disregard their suggestions, especially when those suggestions would only benefit you and your goals.

As far as, I should have said that the first time," I did..in my first post...and again, you blew it off. Either way I know you will do what you think is right....and you said it yourself that you don't care about the BF.

I seriously am only trying to help you. We've all been there as far as bulking goes. You want to put on as much size as quickly as possible but it's not that easy. It takes time to build quality muscle and doing what you are dong and gaining all that extra BF will seriously only set you back. I was just trying to help you learn from others mistakes. I'm sure you're a good dude...but you are also a young one who is hard-headed as shit ;)

Dremen I wrote you out a clean bulker have you stuck to it ??? Based off some of the post on OLM, you have not...

Eating 3 Peanut Butter Sandwhiches and bowl of oatmeal is a sure fire way to have entirely to many calories and have them stored as fat...All it really takes is an extra 500-1000k cals per day to build quality muscle. I have been there and done that...I used to force myself to eat 5000-6000 clean cals per day and thought for sure it would make me big and lean at the same time...Well it didn't...It made me bigger and fatter.

I was 5'[email protected]@15-16% body fat and let me tell you getting that fat off is a lot harder than you may think...I will never do it again. I will lean bulk from here on out...I'm to old and it's just not healthy to be hitting 250 with high bf numbers...I go by the mirror...Fuck the Scale and fuck the bodyfat calipers...I try to not let my BF get above 9-10% at any given time{Usually try to stay around 6-8%}. Also Cardio is just a good idea in general. It has so many health benefits and it systematically helps fat loss.

Started lifting again seriously 4-5 months [email protected] 180lbs and now im at 225lbs.]
He gained 45 lbs in 5 months. Some of it is fat. But that is still a hell of a good accomplishment.

Let him celebrate. Let him be happy with his accomplishment. Why dramatize? It wont be a perfect bulk cycle, but very few things in this business are perfect.

It takes guts to post up a picture of yourself. I'm an old fat ass myself as you can see.
