Picture at show.

Im 49 years old 6'1 was 215 in this picture. I took 5th in the open division. Im up to 248 right now with decent cuts. Hope to do next show at 225lbs.

Ditto, you certainly look younger. Great work sir, takes alot of dedication to put it up on the stage, props to ya.

Appreciate the kind words. I want to motivate the older generation to push it to the limit and enjoy a quality of life as we get older. It doesnt hurt that the younger ladies like it as well..LOL ;)

Well right now im recovering from a surgery I had done on Wed. The Dr. took me off all my supps, (I do mean all of them). He said no supps till at least Feb 08. So this year is done for me. I'd like to do 2 shows in 2008 one is in July. The second im undecided which one to do. I just dont know if I can get back healthy in time. Ive been off cycle for 2 months now, and I can mentally feel it. But if I do i'll update with those photos.

Cuban, , just keep eating solid and training . The bright side of all this is , you'll heal your injury, give you joints a break, and when you do get back on the receptors will be clear and clean and you should explode. I know that off feeling, i got off for a couple months, and couldn't wait to get back on drugs.hang in there:cool:
