PCT blood work questions

Hello,

I'm about 4 weeks into my pct therapy and decided to check where i'm at with my blood work. This is my first time getting blood work done. As it is only my 2nd cycle.

anyways the only things that were abnormal were my

ALT - 46
HDL - 28
RDW, RBC - 14.8%

My last cycle consisted of
Weeks 1-4 25mg dbol
Weeks 3-5 50mg adrol
Weeks 1-14 150mg test prop eod
Weeks 9-14 50mg winstrol ed sometimes drinking sometimes injecting

PCT
Weeks 1-3 500iu hcg ed
Weeks 1-3 20mg nolva eod
Weeks 4-6 10mg nolva ed

What advice do you have for me doc? What can i do to recover? I plan on going back on in a few weeks. My natural testosterone seems to be doing ok. I still have my sex drive and have only lost a few lbs. Which i'm assuming is only water weight because I'm still eating 5000 calories a day. My strength has gone down a little bit to in compound movements.

Thanks in advance.

I am not Doc but I did have sex with a nurse, that should make me an expert in the medical field.

not really much you have to do in this case.
The values should return to normal, just give it some time.

You can take some Nicain and other OTC stuff to increase your HDL.
I think that Nolva is making your HDL numbers low and they should jump back to normal when PCT is over. It took me a little while to get mine back to normal after cycle.

Give blood and your RBC should drop - at least thats what I have been told by a doctor.

It's the winstrol that screws up the cholesterol (HDL & LDL) for a longer period of time than any other AAS. I ran into this myself. Six (6) weeks post cycle I always have my blood work done...and it's always very good. Except the time I ran winstrol throughout the cycle. My HDL was 12 six (6) weeks out!!! All the other times it would be 40 - 50. I've also heard this from other Bro's that winstrol plays hell with cholesterol levels.

thanks guys, i wasn't too worried about the HDL levels. what i was worried about was the liver damage, cuz i was under the impression that once you fucked up your liver that's it.

but i did a little more research and found that's not the case. i'm gonna try liv-52

Here's the rule of thumb with laboratory liver results: The point where doctors get concerned is when the result (s) are 3x the top limit of the range.

I know this for sure as I have genetically high cholesterol and take a hearty dose of a ststin to control it. Over the years, several doctors have told me the "3x" is the general rule of thumb.

The acceptable ALT range is 9 - 60 U/L. If your ALT is 46, you have no worries.

None of your blood work values are of concern. The RDW is a rather insignificant variable anyway. Your liver enzymes are fine for now. They are the same as others who are not on a cycle. While the HDL is high it is easily reversible once you are off. I give you credit for being concerned about your liver. Dont mess with it. For now, you are good but keep monitoring.

Oh yeah, almost forgot. I have slept with nurses too and most of them are not very bright. I would say that if you sleep with one you are qualified as a medical secretary at best. Sorry Morgan. Try sleeping at a Holiday Inn Express instead.:D

Correct. In fact quite the opposite.

"The liver is among the few internal human organs capable of natural regeneration of lost tissue; as little as 25% of remaining liver can regenerate into a whole liver again."

That statement only refers to loss of liver directly (ie cutting or slicing it away). So healthy liver can regenerate healthy liver. However, if your liver enzymes are high the damaged liver only regenerates damaged liver so you are SOL. Why do you think people need liver transplants. Wiki is good but its not regulated and I have seen several medical statements that are misleading on that site. Read with caution.
