i've dieted low carb low fat in the past and actually lost too much....i actually gained 2lbs over the last couple weeks but am noticeably leaner and more vascular daily......basically i eat eggs, sausage, pancakes for breakfast.....3 protein meals and last meal is steak and loaded potato......(i had lasagna and garlic bread last night)......it's easier for me this way so i'm not micromanaging and ocd about calories and grams fat counts.......it's working pretty good.....by wednesday i want to shoot someone though and after my first carb/cheat i actually have a hard time wanting to eat more......So your not eating carbs during the week at all ? and then refeeding for 24 hours ? Is this refeed a clean carb up, or a "Cheat"...Why not just keep moderate to lower carbs in the whole time and cut the cheats out ? Maybe have a clean carb up once every 2-3 weeks ?
Just curious as to why you chose this method ? I'm always trying to learn more about precontest methods...Everyone seems to have a different way of doing it. Mentally Cheats in a precontest mode fucks with my head. I'm much better off having scheduled clean carb up days, but I tend to be a little ocd about things so that might explain it.
