MuscleMilk is the best protein I've ever used

I've been using musclemilk protein powders exclusively for the last six weeks and I have to say that I have had better results from it than any other brand I've used in several years. I've actually noticed that my joints aren't hurting as bad as they used to also..

It's by far the best tasting protein supp I've ever tasted too...

The bad side though...they are higher in calories and fats than other proteins..

I mix it with a low cal protein since my cardio is shit right now. What flavor are you using? I've noticed places are selling it much cheaper these days as well. ~$20

cookies and cream is my favorite.. but peanut butter fudge is pretty damn good too.. I think it is easier on the stomach and I think it's given me the best gains.. it's high in fats.. but it's high in the good fats..

For someone who pushes the serious poundage that you do, that is a hell of an endorsement saying it helps on the joints. I've never tried it yet. I've always used Optimum Nutrition, works good but is kinda hard on the flatulence, but what do I care...it only bothers everyone else.

where it helped your joints was adding fat maybe you weren't getting enough of. I had a problem last year with not using enough fat and my joints hurting, but then i also was using heavy weights for lower reps.

I

I mix flaxseed in my shakes for joint pain relief, and over all good fat intake. I know the MM premixed stuff has 6-8g saturated fats per container and that sucks. I get 5lbs of vitamin worlds PP for 22 bucks so unless this stuff comes close in price i will remain a cheap skate!

That's all I usually get out of the powders as well. I love O.N., however, MM is good preboxed up and chilled...yummy!
