Much Respect to everyone who has posted pics up in here....ALL of you guys look great and its very inspiring.

With the help of -NATIONALLYRANKEDBB- :D MAYBE I will be throwing some up soon.

Im having a bad week of training and feel like a fat slob{I feel like I need to diet....LOL}.....LMAO....So stuff like this sets me straight.

I've been having a bad couple months. Finally went in for a MRI just to get confirmation- tear in my r.cuff:mad:

Juiced I agree but I seriously got to add some mass to my arms and delts....at 5'9@240-245 they are really lagging. My legs give my waist a smaller appearance and I need the delts to tie it all in.....Wylie seems to think that dieting at this point would be futile.....He looks a shit ton better than I do so his advice I will be taking.

I really want to bring it all together....Its been a good year far I just sortof feel stuck at the moment.

Thanks, if you have been going heavy, try going lighter, punish those fulkin arms and delts, make them so you can't raise your arms. Reps, rather than weight while keeping your form perfect will get them...

You're a freakin monster at that height and weight...With your stats it sounds like your legs must look pretty damn freaky compared to your upper body...Post up some pics...I'd like to see 240 on the same height as me. totalfitnessteamnuge.com I have my training log and you can get an idea of what I do for shoulders and bi's...I train my shoulders about every 5-6 days and start from the rear delts and work forward so I finish with my front delts. Bi's I do at least twice a week but I keep the workout moderate...Just enough to get a good pump.

I did that Just today....I went lighter with the weights and my arms were blown up....Just working with 25-35lb DB's

With me I have legs, Chest is ok, Decent back, good traps, Shit ass delts, and Pathetic arms.....Oh well just back to the drawing board.....Time to pull my head out of my ass and get serious.....I love it.
