Pulled a fucking calve musle today....I can not put any weight on the ball of my right foot.

One fucking injury after another....This was not gym related, I was helping a buddy move something heavy as fuck upstairs.

Im tired of this shit already.

MU just admit it your getting old bratha, you can’t walk, squat or lift for shit lol ,I guess you’re all banged up it’s time to put the belt and straps down and take a long vacation I mean a long one…. :D

I pulled a muscle in my traps and couldnt move my neck to one side while doing shrugs last week.

Seems like injurys always pop up when your on top of your game.
Make sure that mofo is healed up good MU before you go lift heavy again.

Damn MU you are plagued by injuries..Thats what you get helping people.lol

Stay out of the gym and hopefully this is not as bad as you think.

Keep stretching that calve in some cases it solves the problem.

Yeah its stiff as fuck this morning....I keep trying to stretch it out....It feels like that muscle if just in one big knot

This happened in the same clave like a year ago...It was back to normal about 4 days later....Hopefully it will do the same thing again.

ankle and my calve are swollen really bad today....However Its already getting better...I can put weight on my right foot already.

I will go do arms tomorrow, but no legs this week.

Calf pain sucks. I'll wake up to a brutal calf cramp once a week or so. I can't imagine pulling the muscle. ugh
