I've never done anything for that "bloated, pregnant" look. I'm not holding a ton of water but my belly pertrudes (sp?). Anybody got any tricks up their sleeves in getting rid of this pregnant stomach of mine?

I did these exercises yesterday and holy shit are my abs sore...i will keep trying this

go get an eniman & violate yourself for a second or 2 & then you will flush that shit out...should help a bit...just make sure you dont dehydrate yourself...
