Long Time Training Partner Moves On..

My long time training partner was offered a wellness director job in another state. A large salary advancement, and he made a great decision for himself and family to jump on it. Had his going away party today at the current gym he was senior wellness director. Huge turnout. My bro helped so many reach fitness. Was always my Big Dawg for 15 yrs. Never left me down in the bucket, or a bar stuck on my chest. If he dieted, I dieted with him. We both would be miserable training on crumbs...LOL I'll be lost training without him for a bit.
Of course we had to give him something to remember.... One of the girls at the gym had a picture of the two of us together. She made a caption picture out of it and everyone signed it for him. Pretty damn funny...

Has to be tough losin em...sorry man. Just think, it could be worse, he's still only a phone call away.

sorry to hear dl14 but you guys can still stay in touch. same thing happened with me; but me and my buddy still get together. heading out of town saturday to visit with him. probably be alot of carbs going down this weekend: ie beers. just keep pushing yourself in the gym! i haven't had a steady training partner since we moved to different areas.
