Leaner
Looking to lean a little...
This is my set up:
Pre-workout:
1 cup of oats with 1 scoop of protein powder
2 hard boiled eggs
Post workout:
4 egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 pieces of wheat toast with natty PB
1 piece of chicken OR lunch meat mixed in with the eggs
Snack:
apple slices
protein shake
Lunch:
1 chicken breast
1 cup of brown rice
half a can of green beans
Dinner:
either lunch or breakfast again
...what you all think?
