4 set of Moderate weight Leg ext....To push more blood in the muscle

Set-8-leg press-6 plates per side-12 reps
Set-9-8 plates per side-10-reps
Set-10-10plates per side-10 reps
Set 11-12 plates per side-8 reps.
Set-12-10 plates per side-12 reps.

Calves{Giant sets}

Toe presses on leg press-3 plates per side-15 reps
S.S w/
Seated calf raises-12-reps
S.S w/
Standing calf raises-10 reps.

3 sets of each.

very nice MU. i really like the fact that you keep it under an hour. i have been doing a full body routine for the past month, and i absolutely refuse to take longer than an hour!!! :D

How often are you training your Wheels? I like the fact that you dont fuck around in the gym! Hit that shit hard in an hr and get out. Its kitchen duty time!lol..

I train them once a week.....My legs get really sore and they need a week to recover.

I see no problem w/ your routine! Looks solid, your hitting the hammys as well I assume?;)

Dont underestimate the importance of leg extentions! I actually start my quad routine out w/ them. Heavy as possible and single legged if possible.
I really noticed a difference in my tear drops since doing this.

Looks solid, lmk if you need anything, I got it covered.......

Im still dying to see those beasts!:D lmao

I train hams hard as well on a different day.....I also usually start my leg routine with leg ext, today I was just trying to mix it up a bit.
