Is taking AAS Cheating??

I have a question...I have a friend who is 40yrs old...Just got his pro card in a "Natural" federation. He will be competing this fall and wants to take a cycle of anavar for his debut as a pro. I can vouch for him and say that he is 100% natural!!! He's 5'11 188lbs on stage and his symetry and conditioning is near perfect.

What are your thoughts on guys in a "natural" federation taking AAS? This show will be urine tested. I will not give my opinion yet...Now also keep in mind that some of the pros he will be competing against are known to be taking AAS and this has been verified that at least 4 are absolutely, positively taking AAS. It is easy to shoot test susp and stop 5 days out from the show and have clean urine. So, is it wrong to take a cycle of anavar if competing on stage with at least 4 other guys who are on shit in a "natural" show as a Pro where the winner wins $3k in cash?

Hey, juiced2damax. DLee from AB. Your looking awesome brotha. Good luck on the show. Referering to your post. It's human nature to seek an edge to be better than the next guy. However, crossing the line with that edge does have consequences. I knew a guy in the same natural situation and his consequence was loss of his sponsorship when his edge caught up with him finally. He would have excelled without the edge in my opinion. Genetics were off the chain.

if you are saying everyone else is ON in the show,then no.

but if everyone else is natural in the show and hes on....then i think its cheating.

Most of them "could" be on juice but 4 are DEFINATELY on.

If its a natural comp I think its very much cheating, if he wants an edge or to take roids have him do other shows and leave the natties alone. But he is like 20% of the natties they cheat as well, but if your natural wouldn't you like to see what you can get natural all on your own if your preaching it? I sure would, but thats me.

Yes, it's wrong. If you're competing in a division of bodybuilding developed SPECIFICALLY to allow people who don't use drugs to compete, then it is wrong to use drugs and compete in that federation. If he wants to use drugs, tell him the NPC/IFBB is open to all. ;)
