is my doc wrong?

my doc told me today that i was insane for eating 3 cans of tuna a day (i eat chicken of the sea all white albacore) what should i eat instead or is my doc just full of shit

I'm assuming that the reason behind this is due to the alleged high mercury in tuna. You would have to consume MUCH more than 3 cans a day in order for the mercury levels to do any kind of harm. A HUGE misconception.

I've eaten an average of 5 can(10 cans a day for 2 years) for the last 8 years and I have no health maladies....

Why would I do that? Tell you what, if the coppers arrest you for posession or whatever and know enough to connect you to your board name by a picture, then you were fucked a long time before posting that picture.

That is true,,,look at all the names the last asshole we know had that got hit hard. Like all he had to do was change a screen/UL name and he was in the clear.

You'd be surprised. It "should be", since I did post that fight flier all those years back with my name on it. DOH! :p But most don't know...or don't say anything. I don't have an AS or anything, so it's not biggie. I'm not bodybuilding anymore, so I don't really order. I'm just here because I like the dudes, still appreciate muscles and hate MMA boards. ;)
