inner sweep & calves :-D

Was wondering if you guys had ne tricks for the innersweep (adductors?) of the kwads

and calves...
i KNOW im doing something wrong, cause w/ all the training ive put into em, they're still FAR behind

i train em 2-3x a week, higher rep range (12-15 reps), 5-6sets, w/ a hold at the peak of the movement

its worked a little, but i NEED to bring em up ALOT more b4 my 1st show in october :(

The sweep will be more apparent when you diet down....You also seem to be overtraining them as well.

go wide and high on leg press for iner sweep. toes pointed out a little ( get for the glutes too) correct me if im wrong
