inner sweep & calves :-D
Was wondering if you guys had ne tricks for the innersweep (adductors?) of the kwads
and calves...
i KNOW im doing something wrong, cause w/ all the training ive put into em, they're still FAR behind
i train em 2-3x a week, higher rep range (12-15 reps), 5-6sets, w/ a hold at the peak of the movement
its worked a little, but i NEED to bring em up ALOT more b4 my 1st show in october
