Package the way I choose my four different injection rotations per week would be my glutes and my delts.

That's how I've always done it. KJust wait till you start throwing in injectible winny or test prop...that's when the fun starts

That’s good at least it will limits zig-zagging once you build a pattern it becomes second nature, eventually you will find your favorite spot injection,,,,

lol, i never miss it. not really the injecting, but the sneaking around and hiding shit. i haven't really let my new girl in on it yet, so i always need to make sure i dont have pins laying around when she comes over lol.

That is an easy fix, the problem I been having is the lumps and bumps on my Glutes

try waxing. no bumps really though after 10 weeks of ed shots even rotating delts, glutes, quads and an occasional pec or bi shot( when i'm feeling rather into self pain) i have a hard time finding a spot thats either not to sensitive, or not to hard to push the pin into.

Thx Bg , I have no choice when I am injecting 3cc in one muscle part (Glutes) even with 1.5 syringes. I have tried everything to avoid bumps I am running out of ideas

I retract this statement! Don't know what I was thinking...I'm getting a little bit burnt out by the injections. Without fail, big lumps on either glute for days...has always been like that for me. Anything over 300mg's/... reaks havok on me.

Have you try the ventrogluteal site? Easy to see, takes a lot of juice and no lumps.
