lol...Drop your carbs to around 80 for 2 days and then bump it to 160 the next day and continue that cycle and keeping your protein around 150g and fats around 45 on your low carb days and 30 on your high carb days. This is just a thought that may work...I"m assuming that you are somewhere in the range of 135lbs...Post up what your current stats are...I'm no expert at this so you may want to see what others have to say.if it counts looking at your pic avy me hard
Theres an article on Sherry Smith I remember reading in the Parillo press. I remembered one fact that she started eating lean meats, and cut out the egg white. It also list her routines.

I would also look at adding BCAAs 2-3 times a day.

Hey I know exactly what you mean, it doesn't matter what shape "we" are all in..."We" always want to be bigger, stronger, harder, leaner...etc....You will harden up with a VERY clean diet and play with your carbs.
