Humulog!

I will never go back to humulin again....Anyone else have experience with Humulog?

I'm running 6iu's PWO and pounding a 100 carb shake immediately and then another 50 carbs an hour later and that's it!!!! It's out of my system and no more worries. I was like a yoyo on humulin and it was a pain in the ass to be watching the clock and worrying about carbs for 4hrs.

Anyone else have any comparisons between the two? Negatives? Positives to using either slin?

However I hear humilin works better. I noticed nothing on humalog....NOTHING@10ius per day and Yes I know how to eat right. I personally think slin is overrated and I don't ever plan on ever trying it again.

I use LOG. I never used anything less, so i cant say which is better.LOv the stuff.I only use it post work out now.I used it on off days in the morning on top of the postwork out shots for a little while. Didnt see much differnce in muscle gain, just fat gain.So i only shot PWO. I use 15ui's went up to 20iu's for a week didnt see or feel much difference.Anything between 10-15iu's is my sweet spot.I only use waximaize with PWO protien shake with some added BCAA's, and some carbs with my next meal nothing crazy.JUst high protein.To many people use too much carbs IMO which lead to fat gain.I use the slin to drive extra protien & amino's into the muscle. IVe used LOG in the past during PCT , kept all my muscle and gained a few more pounds, i wouldnt do PCT without it now.

i dont see how someone can NOT like slin (not a rip on you MU) but i love this stuff. it was the difference in the past 4 yrs of my physique

slin is the most anabolic! the stuff will truely put mass on you

i too at first was very scared, and doing it i was always paranoid, but if you have a quick sugar source by you, you're ok, im not telling a newbie to pound the slin, but eat right, eat enough, it CAN and will make a huge difference in anyone.

i have done it all, i ran huge amts and now i run just a little and i cycle it but i really never get off of it

i use LOG now because i have it, otherwise, i dont see a problem with R. R just has a bigger window that its active.

i run mine at 8 ius pre workout and 8 ius postworkout both IM method.

Yes slin is absolutely my favorite type of "supp" in regards to IMMEDIATE RESULTS, ADDED MASS, CONSTANT PUMP.

I'm curious to know what differences in results people have had with log and lin. Is one more affective than the other or is it all the same, other than the window of time where you've got to watch the spike in your insulin levels.

no other differences besides the window jmax.

i will use which ever is available to me.

obviously, i would lean more towards LOG if im training later at night because of the window thing, i dont have 6 hours to wait that late at night. i would prefer it get in and out asap.

slin slin slin!

I told you J2tm a long time ago that that shit is bad and dangerous even the guy who just one the Olimpia quoted this exactly he said insulin is not worth the few extra lbs, when you can get the same results from glucose and other sugars. Why cant i think of his name the big ass blond haired guy who is white as a ghost:).

i love humalog 10 ius pwo and inject im. if using gh i do it together. injecting im gives you about a two hour window and it is done.

i usually drink cell tech about thirty minutes after injection and a protein shake (w/ skim milk) 30 mins after that. wait 30 to 45 and eat like a mofo. just watch the fat intake during this meal.

been doing that off and on for about two years and i've only been hypo one time. that shit is scary.

not suggesting the above routine for anyone but i use it in every pct to keep, if not add to everything that i gained while on.

Humalog is much safer IMO. I've tried both and prefer Humalog hands down. My body did not tolerate large doses of 'Slin so I only did 10iu's PWO. It was the plateau breaker for me! Dangerous shit folks!

I get VERY noticably less sides with LIN...I'm very sensitive to slin so I almost always feel the affects of going hypo with LOG but I really love the 2 hr window and not worrying about carbs after. It is worth it IMO.

Are you running it alongside GH?

I'm considering the use of Humalog in the next few months here, but just cannot afford to run GH.

i dont know if i just don't respond all that well to it, because i tried Humulin R and i could feel what it was like to go hypo .. but i never noticed anything in terms of "pumps" and now im researching with humalog and i just can't see what the hype is, i don't get any added pump or fullness from it? i follow the protocol .. poke IM immediately after workout, into worked muscle group .... then down 10 g per IU .. i usually have this in the form of a protein shake with a bannana tossed in .. then i wait a bit, maybe 1-2 hours, eat again .. im pretty sure this is how you do it?? any advice or can someone spot what i might be doing wrong or backwards?
