how many of you adjust your cycles during them

just curious how many out there stick with the original cycle they planned out 100% and how many adjust there cycle throughout.....example being you were given something extra, asked to try out something new, or "cycle is going good why stop?", or for any other reason that is reasonable

sorry....i had typed the subject, but had copied into my clipboard a statement i posted on my facebook and mixed the two together accidentally....i've edited the original post to what i wanted
I had to read the post like 5 times, just to make sure I was reading it, LOL !

Yeah man, I adjust from time to time....sometimes add or subtract something...or change doses...ya know. But Ive tried not to make it a habit...

absolutely....well since I am on TRT I never truly "come-off." this leads me to extend cycles and add/subtract compounds. i get my bloodwork done regularly so I always know when I need to "slow down" or remove something. i

if i hit a plateua then i will look at my diet and training/recovery and see if that helps...if not then i might add an oral to break through or increase my test.

im the offseason, i normally won't add another injectible. i usually just switch up test esters every 6-8 weeks btw enth/cyp and then keep low dose deca for the joints.

the only time i'll add another inject compound is when my libido takes a spill and i want to free up some test. then i'll throw in some mast enth as i am in love with the stuff. it honestly makes me feel better both physically and mentally. probably my favorite compound and aside from anadrol the only one i have noticed upon adding.

oh and another thing, why WOULDN'T you make changes? bodybuilding (when adding AAS) is an intrical dance between training, diet, recovery, and supplementation. all of these variables are notice to change. if you start getting fat by your planned diet you wouldn't continue to eat the same macro's and cals would you? if you realized you weren't recovering and your CNS was shot to shit and you weren't growing...would you still lift the same, sleep the same, eat the same? No way...you'd make adjustments to reach your goals. same goes with supplementation in my opinion.

now i am NOT saying ok, i haven't grown so lets up my test from 500mg/week to 1500mg/week. i say altering supplemenation is the last resort. make sure your diet, training, and recovery is adjusted first.

this is all about learning your body and your tolerances and input variables. this is probably the most individualized sport in the world as we are manipulating our bodies and our bodies are constantly changing.

okay done now :D

Adjustments should be made if deemed necessary, the trick is not to "roller coaster" with it (going up and down throughout)

As said above changing things in the cycle is an important part of the sport. I find that i MUST leave wiggle room in my cycle plan. Flexibility is something i feel every cycle should have in order to remain both safe and effective.

the reason i'm asking is that most already know i'm on a test/deca/dbol bulker and am on wk 10 (stopped the deca) and 2 more weeks of cyp/dbol...but i've got alot of anadrol and a couple bottles of tren ace and plenty of test prop staring at me.....i was considering extending the cycle with at least the prop and tren (i've never used tren before) and because it's prop and tren it won't put me behind in my contest training for my may show....i can still get a few weeks off after a short prop/tren blast to finish off this bulker and just make my precontest cycle shorter (but i will still eat like i'm in my precontest mode)

My experiences:

1) anadrol is fucking awesome during contest prep. I don't get water bloated and it doesn't bother my appetite. It makes me hard and keeps my strength up while in a caloric defecit.

2) anadrol/test/tren is my favorite stack for bulking or cutting.

3) if doing the above cycle just be cautious of your BP and liver values.

i was thinking of adding 6-8 weeks to the end of my 12 wk bulker i'm about to finish in a couple of weeks to see how i do and then at least i'll know if i like that combo for my cutter in the spring for my contest too

I adjust my cycles all the time. I agree with VLift as far as what he says, and with everyone else for how long it takes him to say it. jk lol.

certainly I do.. I will also change up my dietary supplements as well.. It's not any different than changing your workout routine

I set out with a set cycle in mind but ALWAYS changes wither right before or during. Not sure why but in 7 years I have never stayed with the predetermined dose or length of the cycle. So I think it is common for a lot of guys but i do know some who are dead set on it and stay that way so it can be both ways I imagine.
