absolutely....well since I am on TRT I never truly "come-off." this leads me to extend cycles and add/subtract compounds. i get my bloodwork done regularly so I always know when I need to "slow down" or remove something. i
if i hit a plateua then i will look at my diet and training/recovery and see if that helps...if not then i might add an oral to break through or increase my test.
im the offseason, i normally won't add another injectible. i usually just switch up test esters every 6-8 weeks btw enth/cyp and then keep low dose deca for the joints.
the only time i'll add another inject compound is when my libido takes a spill and i want to free up some test. then i'll throw in some mast enth as i am in love with the stuff. it honestly makes me feel better both physically and mentally. probably my favorite compound and aside from anadrol the only one i have noticed upon adding.
oh and another thing, why WOULDN'T you make changes? bodybuilding (when adding AAS) is an intrical dance between training, diet, recovery, and supplementation. all of these variables are notice to change. if you start getting fat by your planned diet you wouldn't continue to eat the same macro's and cals would you? if you realized you weren't recovering and your CNS was shot to shit and you weren't growing...would you still lift the same, sleep the same, eat the same? No way...you'd make adjustments to reach your goals. same goes with supplementation in my opinion.
now i am NOT saying ok, i haven't grown so lets up my test from 500mg/week to 1500mg/week. i say altering supplemenation is the last resort. make sure your diet, training, and recovery is adjusted first.
this is all about learning your body and your tolerances and input variables. this is probably the most individualized sport in the world as we are manipulating our bodies and our bodies are constantly changing.
okay done now
