how long kit good for at room temp?

how long is a GH kit good for at room temp before being reconstituted? any help, thank you.

every time it goes hot cold it loses power. thats why most Gh you get is week and some times you get a really strong one. the more hands it goes through the weaker it will get, but its still good just take more of it if you feel its not working well enough.

some brands say no refrig.needed before recon. but Id keep it in fridge at all time myself before and after recon. ..........................11
