I've heard one is better than the other a million and a half times. But I wanna know what you all think...what's the best bang for the buck...I am new to this world of it...so let me hear you say what you think!!

tough call. i swore by IGF up until i began using GH a month ago... with each day the tables have been turning.

both have there qualities. and each does things the others don't.
I think you younger guys under 25 would bennifit from IGF more than GH, not that you wouldn't see binnys for GH too. IGF for muscle cell volume and healing GH for healing/anti aging and fat burning.
both together is ideal if you ask me, Im getting ready to use both in my rehab along with a little test................11
