hey Thick
Alright... I'm ready to try your witch doctor vodoo again..lol
Here's what i'm looking at. I'm going to buy an inversion table. I know a physical therapist who said I should look into decompression therapy. IE laying on an inversion table with my head at about 45 degree angle below my hips for about 20 minutes a day every day. He said not to hang completely upside down as this could cause my hips to come out of alignment and cause more muscle spasms in my lower back.
I'm pretty much having back pain every day and a few muscle spasms and it's now even getting sensative to the touch. I had some sciatica but that's gotten better. now it's pretty much just localized pain in the l-4 area.
Any other tips or tricks besides inversion therapy to try?
