General Health & Well Being...

Most of the people that visit fitness and or bb forums at one time trained or still train....

Lifting is synonimous with health, strenght....

Regardless of PED's or how hard you train or trained in the past, do you really live a healthy life style?

Do you smoke?
Drink too often? (I'm def guilty)
How familiar are you with cardiovascular health?
How familiar are you with the everyday foods that affect your cardio health?

If you are going to die, die from real natural causes....not "natural causes" related to your cigarette smoking, your poor diet, your love for chemically manufactured nutrition, etc, etc, etc....

It's not about growing your own chickens and harvesting your own corn and tomatoes...its about dying of true natural causes and not chemically induced cancers or arteries clogged after 40 years poor habits and eating engineered foods....

Not preaching....just food for thought.....there is a difference btw dying before your time and really going when your number comes up.....
