Forearm Routine for HALO..

Heres a routine that should help you w/ your forearms, I hope this helps you some bro.

Do this routine only once per wk for 4 wks then lmk and I'll give you another routine. Remeber forearms indirectly get worked so dont overtrain..

Forearm Routine # 1

Exercise: Reverse Cable Curls
Sets: 3
Reps: 8-12 ( increase weight each set if possible )
Rest: 2-3 minutes between sets

Exercise: Wrist Rollers
Sets: 3
Reps 8-12 ( Increase weight w/ each set )
Rest: 2-3 minutes

Exercise: Seated one arm Dumbell palm up wrist curls
Sets: 3
Reps: 8-12
Rest" 2-3 minutes

Follow this strictly for 4 wks and then we will change it up a bit.

You may have to adjust the sets a bit, dont want ya overtraining...
