Labrada makes a product called Sorenzyme or something like that.
Its suppose to help with muscle soreness. I have used a few capsules a few times and it seems to work but it could all be in my head.

MD magazine did have a favorable write up about the product and said it works pretty well.

I picked up a bottle yesterday and will try it for the next few weeks. I am doing the Ultimate Diet 2.0 and the full body workouts 4 times a week plus cardio is making my body hurt. Hopefully it will help.
