Anyone ever try taking enzyme supplements to aid in the digestion of the massive amount of food that we consume? I've been reading about it and I bought of bottle of "full enzyme spectrum." I will let you guys know how it goes.

ive been taking enzymes with every meal for the past few months. i cant say i feel any difference, but im sure it helps out. alot of natural emzymes get detroyed during cooking
