Ive used dnp on four occasions. The only foods with carbs that I found to be nessisary were wheatbread sandwiches, oatmeal and cereal bars for the fiber, Blue berry yogert for the antioxidents and to help with your stomach, pineapples to help with the protein absorption and to cut the nasty taste of cottage cheese, and V8 for the antioxidents and to keep your body fueled up. Other than that I try to stay away from most carbs, especially starches, I find that they turn the heat up on you more than anything else.any thoughts on where i should get my carbs from, how much should be sugar and starch
not to worry man. the DNP is doig its job, dont up the dose becasue you dont feel it as much as you think you should. and you wont see the benefits of the weight loss until a week after you discontinue the DNP.on the 4th day of dnp. yesterday was two pills and today is going to be two again. i'm a little worried b/c i'm hot but thought i would be a lot hotter doing two pills. plus i'm still at 239 maybe water weight. or i need to cut carbs more
Pleae becareful eating high-carb foods will increase the heat sensation within an hour and last about 2 hours. stick with two for now man. the last 2 days of your DNP cycle maybe bump it up to 3 pills.i was to busy sweating my ass off to worry about spelling it right... should i stick with 2 pills coming up to day 5 or do you think i can bump to 3..one in the morning, one at around 4 and one before bed

It is very important to Reduce the histamine levels can prevent the hives by using Benadryl or Claritin and Zyrtec. In some case doctor will prescribe you Prednisone that is another great product but it is very strong.yea i am it feels like a sunburn to touch it. i was thinking some benadryl
ok on the 8th day today. dropped carbs to 2/3 cup oatmeal in the morning, half a yam, head a brocolli and other half of yam before workout. hoped on the scale to notice 4 pounds lost now. water intake is still very high and sittin at work right now sweating my ass off. going to keep up 400mg untill thursday and bump to 600
