Just started my first cycle of DNP... starting at 200 and and then moving up to 300 on the 3rd day and then depending how i feel on the last 2 days my bump to 600... going to be feeling the heat

Keep monitoring yourself keep and take precautions to maximize its benefits and minimize the potential risks. Keep us posted by the way are running DNP cycle 7days on and 7days off. Plz keep water intake on a high level at least 2 gallon of water per day and fruit is another asset specially watermelon. Again, keep me post on a daily basis, if you started discovering swelling please keep Benadryl on hand and drop the dose or discontinue.

day two wasn't to bad. was mildly heated up throughout the whole day. my cheeks were red and had a nice small sweat going. so pretty much sat at work from 2-9 in my office with the fan blowing on me and used my own secret for cooling off. put a ice pack on my wrist where the veins are which will help cool off your blood when it circulates.
through out the day took in about 1 1/2 gallons of water, sipped v8 all day, took in blueberry's and a anti-oxident cocktail, and also bought some acia juice... now for day three its bumping up to 400

any thoughts on where i should get my carbs from, how much should be sugar and starch

Ive used dnp on four occasions. The only foods with carbs that I found to be nessisary were wheatbread sandwiches, oatmeal and cereal bars for the fiber, Blue berry yogert for the antioxidents and to help with your stomach, pineapples to help with the protein absorption and to cut the nasty taste of cottage cheese, and V8 for the antioxidents and to keep your body fueled up. Other than that I try to stay away from most carbs, especially starches, I find that they turn the heat up on you more than anything else.

on the 4th day of dnp. yesterday was two pills and today is going to be two again. i'm a little worried b/c i'm hot but thought i would be a lot hotter doing two pills. plus i'm still at 239 maybe water weight. or i need to cut carbs more

not to worry man. the DNP is doig its job, dont up the dose becasue you dont feel it as much as you think you should. and you wont see the benefits of the weight loss until a week after you discontinue the DNP.

by the way... ygpm.

Pleae becareful eating high-carb foods will increase the heat sensation within an hour and last about 2 hours. I wouldn't suggest you not to eat carbs before bed unless you want those night sweats to be
even worse.

alright i'm going to cut them back more. also my face has been heating up and getting a rash kind of like a sunburn on my face...any one else get this

i was to busy sweating my ass off to worry about spelling it right... should i stick with 2 pills coming up to day 5 or do you think i can bump to 3..one in the morning, one at around 4 and one before bed

stick with two for now man. the last 2 days of your DNP cycle maybe bump it up to 3 pills.

yea i am it feels like a sunburn to touch it. i was thinking some benadryl
It is very important to Reduce the histamine levels can prevent the hives by using Benadryl or Claritin and Zyrtec. In some case doctor will prescribe you Prednisone that is another great product but it is very strong.

ok on the 8th day today. dropped carbs to 2/3 cup oatmeal in the morning, half a yam, head a brocolli and other half of yam before workout. hoped on the scale to notice 4 pounds lost now. water intake is still very high and sittin at work right now sweating my ass off. going to keep up 400mg untill thursday and bump to 600

Keep the water intake high, also, one good benefit is watermelon at least it will keep your body hydrated and helps it to absorbed the heat, plz keep me posted.
