1 Fruit - banana or orange
Meal three:
8oz. lean meat
1 can of green beans
1 serving brown rice
Meal four:
Double scoop protein shake (w/water)
1 Fruit - banana or orange
Meal five:
8oz. lean meat
leafy greens
1 potato
Meal six:
Eggs ( # depends on how hungry I am)
