Diet

Meal one:
4 whole eggs
1 serving cream of rice

Meal two:
Double scoop protein shake (w/water)
1 Fruit - banana or orange

Meal three:
8oz. lean meat
1 can of green beans
1 serving brown rice

Meal four:
Double scoop protein shake (w/water)
1 Fruit - banana or orange

Meal five:
8oz. lean meat
leafy greens
1 potato

Meal six:
Eggs ( # depends on how hungry I am)
1 serving cream of rice


Thoughts?

looks good and clean...Where are you at and where are you going ?
Where I'm at is easy - where I'm going - not so much.

I'm 5'9 203. Not sure of BF - probably 15 - 16%. I look good to 'normal' people - fat by our standards.

I guess I figured I'd just run a clean diet without any fancy tricks and see what happens.

Good luck on your diet. Its a very hard time of the year to start a diet with the holidays coming up. Keep us posted on your results.

Yeah, but when you're as fat as VC is, then you don't actually have a choice. He's one staircase from a heart attack. No shit.

thoughts....hmmmmmmmm, oh yeah, all that is about one meal for me! :D now wonder i'm such a fat bastard pig!!:p

Hey VC, if I could add my 2 cents here, this is what I would change...

I would drop the fruit and eat a couple rice cakes instead....honestly, it would be ideal for you to just eat whole food meals instead of shakes but if you are doing this for convenience because of work or whatever, completely understandable.

Also, I would eat frozen or fresh green beans....you can get the steamers frozen in the bag, five minutes in the mic and you are good to go.

I am not sure the nutritional facts on the cream of rice, I eat oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon.

Finally, I would maybe eat a sweet potato rather than a regular one.

Not trying to over analyze it but I know those changes helped me in my diet...NO, fruit, dairy, junk food, etc. :D

Lol, took me about 8 months slowly cleaning up my diet to get to this point but I am looking forward to getting down to 10% and I think it is possible now that I am eating super clean.

I used to put bbq sauce on my chicken, eat pineapples (fresh not canned), eat out....now, there is no room for any of that in my diet and I do not miss it one bit to be honest.
