damn the bad luck!
well guys and gals, as you all know because i have whined about it on occasion, my back is killing me. as i cried about in the past not being able to do deads or squats for some time now, and am quite bummed about this matter, because we all know those are the two best core exercises there are. well, a couple months ago i started to incorporate front squats on legs day. of course i was just doing girly man weight and going ass to ground of course, i had gotten to the point where i was doing 225lbs and 3-5 sets of 10 to try to get some of my legs back. two weeks ago i got to lazy to bend over to load 4-45lb plates, soooo i grabbed the 100's to save a little time, so i only had to bend over twice while loading the bar. first set was fine, i think i did a set of 6 reps. i was supersetting as i do always so i can cram as many sets in my allotted time of training. i got back to the squat rack for my second set and on the second rep i flinched a teeensy little bit.....and i felt the dreaded "pop". i immediately said "uh oh?" and i stopped my weight session right then and there. wellllll, as i say that was two weeks ago, and i have been in agony since! you might say, so juaneye...did you stop lifting and give your body a rest? and i of course would tell you....ARE YOU FRIGGEN KIDDING? DO I LOOK LIKE A PUSSY TO YOU? so my usual every day back ache problem is about ten fold now with no end in sight. back pain sucks, i waste so much time with mind over matter in order to not let this pain ruin my productivity that i'm a little depressed about it. sorry for the long winded cry session folks, but i'm hoping this extra pain i'm dealing with now subsides soon so i will feel like my usual old sorry assed self again.
