Just competed this weekend. My trainer had me do this show as a practice run to see where improvements would need to be made plus i was in florida the week before the show so i wasn't anywhere close to looking my best. Ended up taking 2nd in the teens at 18yrs old now. Made huge improvements since the pics from last yr. Now getting ready for Teen Nationals and then the Motorcity right after that... Advice, critizem, help please....

Noticeable improvements from pics you posted a while ago...good job. What weight were you at in these pics? Hard to tell from the pics, but how's the midsection? Any back pics? For you're age to dedicate yourself to this sport, my hat goes off to you....all I was interested in at you're age was partying and chasing snapper Make sure you make time for the conquest of the opposite sex...my words of wisdom for the day

came in at 215. the back pics. wouldn't fit here but i have some over at outlaw on the pics page of my back. midsection wasn't all that great. it was just to see where i needed more improvement so i didn't come in super hard/lean plus i was in florida the week before the show so that killed my conditioning... thanks, my goal is teen nationals and its tunnel vision all the way there... i still make plenty of time to conquer i have myself a nice little one now so i'm tied down the conquering just one, but can't complain with that
