cold and flu?
what is the best way to combat each? obviously rest and lots of water but i have heard the saying
"feed a fever, starv a cold" is this just a myth?
also, what supplements do you guys take? everytime i get a cold, i am pounding vitamin C, but i was told once you HAVE a cold, its pointless.
one last questions, do you guys still train when you are sick? some advice i got a long time ago, is if from the neck up, still train, but neck down (stomach problems, diarea, ect) lay off of working out
