CLA - Opinions ?

Hey guys,

Who here uses or has used CLA as part of their everyday regimen ? Ive been reading on its fat burning effects and thought it can play a good role in gaining lean muscle.

If any of you guys has some experience and opinions , i'd love to hear it , thanks !

I use it with ala and cla and other fatty acids, it gives you a bit more effect than not taking it at all. + its just good for you.

I use it too because it helps with your lipids. I take its 3 times a day (1 gram each)
