a buddy i lifted with in college was always ripped and most days he did 10-15 minutes steady pace on elliptical after workouts. So some do it

Nice seeing ya posting Chipper!
haven't done cardio in 3 years and i really need to get on it. this thread is helping.:D

in the past i've done it similarly to you guys. this time around i'm thinking about 10 minutes of running at the end of my workout - legs not included. i wish i had the time to split up my wo from the cardio but no can do at this time. anyone do this?

thanks thickie. :D god, i hate cardio but i'll be using this strategy starting in march. i've spent the past 5 weeks progressively tightening up my diet and i'm seeing good results from that. i may have to actually up my calories - i'll know in about 10 when i get bf% checked again. but with the diet in order by the end of month, i should be able to throw in the cardio. the goal is to be around 10%-11% by memorial day.

thinking about the jump rope too...

ya i like jumping rope. It is the "easiest" cardio of all to me. Just feels good for some reason. Good luck!

I will be posting a couple of diets that members on here have used to get in contest shape. I will try getting them posted tomorrow.

Thanks Thick, I need them! I have never gotten sub 10% and really want to this year. I am currently at an embarrasing 15%.

TX- these diets are ridiculous on getting you shredded, I've been on one now for about 1 week and can already tell a difference.
