Carb Intake Log...

I will be trying something different this next week...I'd like some input please.

I'm going to try 3 low days 40-60g..Then 1 high 300-350g....then 3 days around 20g and then one 350-400g.

What are your thoughts on this...I haven't been carb cycling thus far and need to make some changes so I don't plateau. Thanks...I will be keeping a log of what I eat over the next 7 days at least in this thread.

Currently 194lbs at night 5'9... 6ish bf
Currently 190lbs in morning

3wks out from first show of 3. I will be competing May 19, 26, and June 2nd

My competition weight must be at 176 or less.

Show me the way master!!!!!!!

194lbs - 176lbs = 18lbs 3 wks out!

Thats putting you at an average of 5-6lbs weight loss wkly.
I dont like that, too many pounds to drop quickly, while holding on!

I say run it exactly as you outlined, the majority of your nutrition must come from food! Increase cardio - what is your current cardio routine looking like, no BS? Keep this thread updated ed and lets see what happens. Not too shaby a thought brother! Pay close attention on your low carb days!

Don't forget brother that I will drop at least 12lbs of water in 2 days...My first show I was 191lbs 3days out from show...I made my weight at 175lbs.

OK, so keep my diet how it is...3 shakes daily, 4-5 solid meals? Or should I drop calories...Also at what point do you cut out eggs and broccoli and substitute lettuce in?

NO BULLSHIT...Cardio is 4-5 times a week anywhere from 15-30 minutes after weight training...I have done cardio on rare occasions once in morning and once in afternoon...I usually do 20-25mins of cardio though overall.

More thoughts please....

J2m , aren't worried about losing too much water and coming out flat, I know the skin needs to be tight against the muscle but,,Not a knock, bro just looking out,,,, just wondering if that isn't excess cardio. NLBB your thoughts?.....i ain't spelling out your long excessive name! ;)

188.8lbs this morning bro...And I am going to post some pics taken this morning within the next 10 mins. If anything package, I think the cardio is not enough. And as far as looking flat, water isn't the determining factor on looking flat, it's the glycogen in your receptors that will determine that. That's why we all carb up before a show;)

Meal #3-------6 oz Chicken Breast, 1/3 of a yam

****2 Plain Rice Cakes 30 mins before training

Meal #4------PWO Shake 2 scoops, AMinos, Flaxseed

Meal #5------8 oz Lean Ground Beef (95%), Broccoli

****Snack on 4 oz chicken breast

Meal #6------8 oz Top Round Steak, and broccoli

Meal #7------I will drink one more Shake 2 scoops, aminos, flaxseed

TOTAL CARBS ESTIMATED ARE AT----50g
TOTAL FAT ESTIMATED IS AT--------35g

Day 1 was biceps and calves with 25 mins cardio

Day 2 was triceps and 30 mins cardio

Tomorrow I'm debating on legs or back bc I will still be at low carbs...It should be legs but I'm thinking I may want to save my leg day for Tues when I'm at high carbs.

From what i'm reading you only had 2 rice cakes for carbs and 1/3 yam.....how much water at this point?
