Carb Cycling, Carb Cut-Offs, Etc.
What Do You Guys Do With Your Carbs, I'd Like To Hear Some Input From Different People.
I Have Been Doing A CKD For About 5 Months, Lost Alot Of Fat But Some Muscle Too.
My Question, Is I See Some Guys Go Down To Zero Carbs From The Very First Day Of The Diet, Like I Did.
Then Other Guys Start Rotating Thier Carbs On Some Sort Of Pattern, And Even This Varies Wildy.
Then, Some Guys Just Start Taking Carbs Out A Little At A Time Every Few Days Or Weeks, Little By Little, For The Duration Of the Diet.
Others Have Rules About Not Eating Carbs At Certain Times During The day, or After A Certain Time At Night, This Doesn't Apply To A CKD Obviously, As Your Not Eating ANY Carbs.
